Original fine to excellent Model 1898 Krag rifle in .30-40 caliber, S/N 259198. 90%-95% original blue and “quenched colors” on action. 95% bright bore on extractor. The stock is fine to excellent with near perfect1900 date cartouche. The stock shows small 48 and “P” proof behind the trigger guard. The trigger guard shows 98% bright blue.
